The annual Stomp Out Stigma – Walk for Mental Health is held in May in conjunction with National Mental Health Month. Planned collaboratively with and sponsored by local mental health service providers, the annual event strives to raise awareness that the stigma associated with mental illness is one of the greatest barriers that keeps people from seeking help.

The 3 mile walk begins in the courtyard on the downtown Pew Campus of Grand Valley State University and will travel along the Grand River's downtown boardwalk
The stigma associated with mental illness is one of the greatest barriers that prevent people from seeking help. This walk not only strives to raise awareness but encourages people to be mentally fit. All proceeds from this event benefit our Live Laugh Love Educating Youth about Mental Health and be nice. Education Programs!
